1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fd88 ("fd88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fd88 website at fd88.bio, including all services, games, betting products, cashier functions, and customer support available thereon.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

You may register one (1) fd88 account per person. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is prohibited. fd88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fd88 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. fd88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify fd88 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

fd88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. fd88 reserves the right to suspend deposits and withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Withdrawals above specified thresholds require verified KYC status.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

fd88 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by method and account verification status.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. fd88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are credited to your fd88 account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing times.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the fd88 cashier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified alternative method at fd88's discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Processing timelines for verified accounts are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals are processed within 2–24 hours depending on network congestion.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is fulfilled in full.
• fd88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
• fd88 may delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
